75th Republic Day celebration in PTV EMS Primary Section

Freedom in our mind,

Faith and hope in our words,

Pride and memories in our heart,

Let’s salute our nation on this Republic Day!

PTVEMS Primary Section celebrated the 75th Republic Day on this significant morning. The celebration was held on our school playground.

The celebration began with the unfurling of our National Flag followed by Salutation and singing of the National Anthem. The oath was taken by our Headmistress Mrs.Kalpana Kalekar and we all repeated after her.

A patriotic song inspires feeling of pride in one’s country. An inspiring patriotic song was sung by our students under the guidance of our Music teacher Mrs.Monali Ambekar.

Ms. Olivia Falcao teacher delivered a speech on this special occasion. An Elocution Competition was held on the ocassion of Republic Day. The students were eagerly awaiting with excitement for the results of this competition.The winners were awarded with certificates and prizes.

The programme concluded with distribution of sweets and students went back home with fond memories of this day.
