Required documents (Clear copies)
o Copy of Birth Certificate of the child
o Copy of Aadhaar Card of the child
o Parent’s address proof – (Electricity bill / AADHAR Card / Ration Card/Election card/ Passport )
o Copy of Sr.Kg. ID / Fee receipt of 2024-25
o Copy of Sr.Kg. / Jr.Kg. Report Card
o Income proof – Copy of Latest Salary slip/Form 16/ITR
