PTVEMS Primary celebrated Shiv Jayanti on Friday 16th February with great fervor and enthusiasm

आले किती गेले किती,

उडून गेला भरारा….

संपला नाही आणि संपणार नाही,

माझ्या शिवबाचा दरारा….

PTVEMS Primary celebrated Shiv Jayanti  on Friday 16th February with great fervor and enthusiasm by our students dressed up in traditional outfits, boys as Mavlas and girls in nauvari sarees.
The function was graced by PTVA Co-ordinator Janhavi Khandekar Madam.
Our Headmistress  & Supervisor  paid a floral tribute to the potrait of Shivaji Maharaj. The programme started with a speech by Mrs. Manashri Kashalkar teacher by enlighting the students about the great warrior Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Then, prizes were given out to the winners of Singing and Monoacting Competition which was organised on the occasion of Shiv Jayanti.

Our student Vedant Phadke  from Grade 3C  mesmerized the students  by his award winning acting and performance by depicting an incident of Shivaji’s life and people associated with Maharaj . Then the school choir enthralled  the audience with a energetic Ballad song praising the the great work of of king Shivaji. The dance-drama was then presented by the students of Grade 4 showcasing the life  of Shivaji Maharaj. Lathi display shown by Swara Salunkhe Patil of Grade 4C was eye pleasing .

The playing of lezim  created a  zeal among the students.The  shouts and hail of the war cry ‘Har Har Mahadeo’ filled the air making the moment more thrilling proclaiming ‘Jai Bhavani ;Jai Shivaji’ ;Jai Jijau’
