International Yoga Day
The one and only one way of attaining peace of mind and reap physical agility, strength and flexibility is through 🧘♀️Yoga for all -children, adults and senior citizens. The primary section of PTVEMS observed the 10th INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY on 21st June ’24 by conducting yoga session for all their students🧎♀️🧎♂️ and 👩🏫 teachers.
The main objective was to create an awareness among all, the importance of taking care of their body and mind and to incorporate it in their lifestyle.
The yoga session was conducted by the distinguished alumnus of our school Mr. Rishabh Upadhyay, who is also the Yoga Instructor in ‘New Age Yoga Institute’.He enthusiastically conducted the sessions for both students and teachers and conveyed the benefits of yoga in everyday life.
Teachers felt relaxed and rejuvenated after an hours session, preparing them to tackle the upcoming academic year.
The various yogasanas performed by the students 🧎♀️and 👩🏫 teachers made them realize that there is a unison between your mind, body and soul and that “WE ARE NOT APART from NATURE ” but “A PART OF NATURE”.
