Summer Fitness Camp: A Legacy of Fun and Fitness
As the final examinations wrap up, students eagerly anticipate the start of the much-awaited Summer Fitness Camp. Launched in 1991, this camp has now completed over three decades, becoming a cherished tradition for students.
The camp was initially designed to identify and nurture sporting talent, providing students with the opportunity to develop skills in various sports and participate in inter-school competitions. Over the years, it has grown into an exciting and engaging experience for all participants, blending fitness with fun.
The camp activities are diverse and include cardio workouts, mild strength training, flexibility exercises, speed drills, and stamina-building team games. These activities not only promote physical fitness but also encourage teamwork and discipline, creating a positive and energetic environment for the students.
Throughout the camp, the students immerse themselves in the activities, enjoying every moment to its fullest. The Summer Fitness Camp has proven to be more than just a fitness initiative; it is a celebration of physical well-being, teamwork, and sportsmanship, making it a highlight of the school year.
