International Yoga Day

 *”Harmony of body, mind, and soul.”*

In a display of unity and well-being, PTVEMS, Primary Section celebrated International Yoga Day on 20th of June,2025 with a series of events aimed at fostering physical and mental health among its students and teachers.

The day began with an exciting session conducted by Yoga professionals in the school hall for Std. 4th students through a series of asanas breathing exercises (pranayama), and a short meditation to promote flexibility, attention and inner calm.

For the Std 1 to Std 3  sessions were organized in their classrooms, where students and teachers participated .The instructor also explained the benefits of correct posture and encouraged everyone to adopt yoga as a regular part of their lifestyle. The sessions aimed to promote the importance of physical and mental well-being among students through the practice of yoga.

The celebrations concluded with a pledge to continue practicing yoga for a healthier and balanced life. It successfully spread awareness about the holistic benefits of yoga and left everyone rejuvenated and inspired.
