Independence Day
The 79th Independence Day at PTVEMS Primary Section was celebrated with great pride and joy.The celebrations began with the Flag Salutation and singing of the National Anthem. Mst. Aantariksh Raorane(Head boy ,IV-C)enlighted the students with the meaning of National Anthem through his speech after which Ms.Devangi Wadke tr. too explained the significance of the day .
Our Headmistress ma’am Mrs. Sunita Bhagwat shared her views with our young minds so as too how their responsible actions of today will make them devoted citizens of our country for tomorrow. Ms.Sai Payghan (I-B) expressed her gratitude and shared how honoured she feels about being born in our country INDIA.
Std III & IV students sang a melodious patriotic song which filled the atmosphere with patriotism and enthusiasm yet again.
A std-wise colouring activity was conducted where students coloured print-outs of Our National Symbols, Indian Tricolour, India Map and National Emblem in class.
The prize distribution of Drawing competition conducted on account of Independence day took place where the winners were felicitated with certificates, cash prize and a small token of appreciation.
Four students of grade -IV were dressed up as •Rabindranath Tagore(Vihaan Sawant)

The students departed with their hearts filled with love for their nation after the sweets distribution by the teachers.
