Birth Anniversary of Savitribai Phule & Rajmata Jijabai

“Education is a great equilizer, and it will take us out of our caves” were the firm thoughts of none other than Savitribai Phule , greatly known as India’s first female teacher and social worker, the hardships she experienced and yet the notable contribution she gave in the field of education years ago are worth mentioning even today and such role -models are all that we need through out our lives to do better than what we aim to ,तसच “स्वराज्याचा जिने घडविला विधाता , धन्य ती जननी जिजामाता” यांचे थोर विचार आजच्या पिढी पर्यंत पोहचावे या एका दृढ इच्छेनेच दर वर्षी प्रमाणे या वर्षी सुद्धा PTVEM’S primary section arranged a teacher’s talk for the students on 3rd January, 2023 the birth anniversary of Savitribai Phule also known as Balika Din and 12th January ,2023 the birth anniversary of Rajmata Jijabai.

The photo frame of Savitribai Phule was garlanded by our Headmistress and Supervisor ma’am prior to the teacher’s talk. The beautiful display board was filled with slogans and posters made on Save the girl child along with images and articles informing the children why are these days celebrated with such pomp even today.

Students learnt about the significance of these days through the speeches delivered , and got an insight about their lives and how our children being the youth of our country , who will lead the nation tomorrow should prosper and live their lives.
