Doctors Day

PTVEMS Primary Section celebrated Doctor’s Day on 1st of July, 2024 a special occasion dedicated to honouring the remarkable contributions of the doctors of our society.

1st July happens to be the birth and death anniversary of the most famous physician of India Bharat Ratna awardee – Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy. Students made slogans and first aid boxes which were displayed at the display board.

The activities were planned by all the Std 3 EVS teachers. Ms. Olivia Falcao class teacher of 3B delivered a speech suiting the occasion.

 Dr.Amruta Kalubarme (Homoeopathic doctor) a parent of 2A class briefed our students about the uses and importance of medicinal herbs like ginger, tulsi, honey, asafoetida and turmeric. Students learnt more about them through the session.

On this Doctor’s Day, let us express our deepest gratitude to all the doctors who have touched our lives and thank them for their unwavering commitment, boundless compassion and their unwavering dedication to the field of medicine.
