Employee Appreciation Day

Mr. Sachin Raut is one of the senior-most peons working with us at Parle Tilak Vidyalaya English Medium School (Primary Section) since June 2006. His dedication and sincerity towards his work have been proven time and again through the positive attitude with which he always comes to school.

Over the years, he has witnessed several batches of students entering school and has seen Std 4 students move on from our Primary Section to the Secondary Section. Despite the passage of time, his concern and care for our students have remained unchanged. While he may not remember the names of all the students he has come across, I am certain that the love and hard work he puts into his role will always make them remember him as one of the most special people in their lives.

His calm and composed nature not only makes him approachable but also allows students to share their concerns with him freely. Among the many things he does for our institution and our dear students, I would like to highlight his ‘magical hands’, which seem to cure any pain or discomfort students experience—be it through the simple act of applying Vicks, balm, or Soframycin. But I believe it is not just the ointment that soothes them; rather, it is the warmth-filled conversations he shares with them while providing care.

There are countless contributions of his worthy of mention, but with all that he has done since joining and continues to do with unwavering dedication, he has truly become ‘The Favourite Kaka’ of our students.
