Krishna Janmashtami Celebration

Parle Tilak Vidyalaya English Medium School (Primary Section) was filled with joy and laughter. With Lord Krishna’s blessings, this Janmashtami was indeed a wonderful experience for our students.

On 23rd of August, 2022, we celebrated Janmashtami also known as Gokulashtami in our school with great pomp and grandeur.
This auspicious day marks the birth of Shri Krishna the most beloved deity and our school celebrates this festival with great enthusiasm each year.

Bhajans and songs dedicated to Lord Krishna were sung by little Gopis and Gopikas of our school. The Yashodas (teachers) performed garba on the songs of Lord Krishna along with the students. The main attraction of breaking of the dahi-handi was enjoyed by all. The programme ended with the dance by all the students, teachers and kakas.

Our students left the school with sweet memories and the prasad distributed.
