Navratri Celebration

सर्वमंगलमांगल्य शिवे सर्वार्थ  साधिके |

शरण्ये त्र्यम्बके गौरी नारायणि नमोSस्तुते||

 This year PTVEMS (Primary section) celebrated Navaratri on 10th October, 2024 with great zeal and enthusiasm.

The programme was expertly compered by Mrs. Kalpana Khade and Ms. Soniya Bist. Saraswati Pujan was performed by worshipping Goddess Saraswati photo, textbooks and notebooks along with the chanting of Saraswati stotra.

The celebration started by performing Maa Durga’s Aarti with great devotion by our Headmistress Mrs. Kalpana Kalekar Madam, Supervisor Mrs. Sunita Bhagwat Madam and all the teachers.

 The event was followed with a melodious Saraswati Mata song by our students. The key attraction of the event was the skit enacted by the students of std III and IV based on Goddess Durga’s victory over the demon Mahishasura followed by the dance performance showcasing the nine forms of Goddess Durga. The traditional dance of Bengal ‘ *dhunochi* ‘ was performed by the girls of Std III & IV.

 The event ended with Garba dance. Everyone was deeply engrossed in the music and the steps of garba.This festival brought happiness, faith, devotion and a sense of unity among everyone.
