     Copy of Birth Certificate of the child
Copy of Aadhaar Card of the child
     Copy of address proof of the parents
(Ration Card/Election card/ Passport / Electricity bill / AADHAR Card)

Copy of Sr.Kg. Proof (Id Card / Report Card / Fee receipt)
Copy of Income proof – Last ITR/ Salary slip / Form 16
