PTV EMS Primary Section celebrated the 9th International Yoga Day by conducting a relaxing and soothing yoga session for all their students and teachers
The best way to attain peace of mind is through yoga which can benefit both young children and adults. The primary section of PTVEMS celebrated the 9th International Yoga Day by conducting a relaxing and soothing yoga session for all their students and teachers in batches.
The main objective of the celebrations was to raise awareness among students about the importance of taking care of their body and mind. Incorporating yoga into one’s daily routine can not only be helpful but also rewarding in numerous ways.
Teachers also benefited from the yoga session that was conducted for them on 22nd June during school hours. This one-hour session provided them with relaxation and rejuvenation, preparing them for the upcoming academic year.
The various yogasanas that were performed by both students and teachers made them realize their connection with nature. They understood that they are not apart from nature but a part of it.
