On August 29, PTV EMS Primary Section conducted rakhi making activity on the occasion of ‘Raksha Bandhan’ and ‘Narali Pournima’. Greeting card making,rakhi making using eco-friendly material and gift wrapping activities were conducted for Grades 1 to 4 respectively.Students actively participated in the activities with great interest and enthusiasm.

To add a feather to the crown, Hardik Harmalkar from Grade 2 D, sang Hindi song on the festival of ‘Raksha Bandhan’ to express the love of a brother towards his sister.Also,Miss Sanvi Ipte from Grade 4 A, was dressed as a traditional Koli woman and sang a Koli song on the occasion of ‘Narali Pournima ‘ by depicting the importance of pooja performed to the ‘Sea God ‘ and also narrated a few dialogues in typical Koli language by going to all the classes.Students were thrilled listening to her dialogues.

On the same day, some rakhis from each class were showcased on the school display board to motivate the creativity of the students.
