PTV EMS Primary and Secondary Section celebrated ‘Deep Pooja’ on 17th July 2023

शुभं करोति कल्याणम् आरोग्यम् धनसंपदा

शत्रुबुध्दी विनाशाय दीपज्योति नमोस्तूते ll

PTVEMS Primary and Secondary Section celebrated ‘Deep Pooja’  on 17th July 2023. On this day the ritualistic worship of lamp is done. Deep pooja is done on the last day of Ashadh month and we call it  ‘Ashadh Amavasya’. Beautiful and different traditional diyas were lit up  and decorated with floral design(रांगोळी)  by our art teacher Mrs. Shilpa Jadhav. Students of all the standards from 1 to 4 expressed their gratitude towards Deep Pooja. The school’s display board was decorated with different golden diyas which were made by our students. The importance of this day was delivered by Mrs.Monali Ambekar our Music Teacher. As we know one lamp lights other lamps, similarly we too should try to enlighten someone who is deprived of education due to some shortcomings.

Which means ‘ nothing is as pure as rendering knowledge…’ So let us educate ourselves to help society to educate and enlighten the masses…was the message given to our young minds on the day
