As part of the EAT RIGHT SCHOOL PROGRAMME, Health and Nutrition Week was observed at Parle Tilak Vidyalaya English Medium School (Primary Section) from 19th September, 2022 to 23rd September, 2022 .
The enthusiastic and health conscious parents sent some nutrious food items with the students to be eaten in the first recess. It was based on the meal plan which was shared with the parents.

– Steamed food items.
▪️Tue 20/9/22
Food items using dairy products.
▪️Wed 21/9/22
Food items using leafy vegetables.
▪️Thu 22/9/22
Fruit salad.
▪️Fri 23/9/22
Food items using jaggery.

Importance of having a balanced diet for better health and general well-being and the ill-effects of having junk food too were explained to the students.
