English Medium (Primary Section) Republic Day celebration

जहा डाल डाल पर सोने की चिड़िया करती है बसेरा,

वो भारत देश है मेरा

वो भारत देश है मेरा।

और इसी भारत देश का गौरव करने एवं वर्ष १९५० में लागू किए गए संविधान के प्रति अपनी कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करने के लिए हर साल देश में २६ जनवरी को गणतंत्र दिवस मनाया जाता है।

Like every year this year too PTVEMS Primary section celebrated Republic day with great pomp and vigor. The programme began with unfurling our national flag ,paying salutations to it followed by the National Anthem .

The oath taken by all students and teachers present was lead by our HM Mrs. Kalpana Kalekar ma’am after which students from std IV graced the day with their melodious group patriotic song .

Class teacher of IVB Mrs. Manashri Kashalkar delivered a speech on the occasion briefing the students about its significance.

An elocution competition was conducted on the occasion of Republic day and so the 1st prize winners from std III and IV delivered their speeches post the prize distribution of the competition.

The ‘highlight’ of the programme was the releasing of the 1st edition of PTVA Schools NewsLetter by the Vice president of PTVA Shri Vinay Jog Sir and Mr.Nikhil Ballal who helped for designing and printing of the newsletter.

The editor of this newsletter is our Chief co-ordinator Mrs.Janhavi Khandekar ma’am. The students left for home with fond memories of the programme and the sweets distributed along with a copy each of our newsletter.
