Ishwari Kumbhar shines in Balchitrakala Competition organized by Brihanmumbai Mahanagarpalika Education Department
Brihanmumbai Mahanagarpalika – education department had organised *Balchitrakala competition* on account of the birth anniversary of Hinduhrudaysamrat Shrimaan Balasaheb Thackeray on the theme *माझी मुंबई* and it was a proud moment for PTVEMS primary wherein our student Miss Ishwari Rajendra Kumbhar – II B won 1st prize.
