Children’s Day celebration
PTVEMS (Primary Section) celebrated Children’s day on the 14th of November, 2024, with great festive fervour, to celebrate the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
The programme began by highlighting the significance of the day by the teachers, followed by garlanding of the photoframe of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru by our Headmistress Mrs. Kalpana Kalekar and Supervisor Mrs.Sunita Bhagwat.
The day was filled with exciting activities, dance and singing performances and games by our school’s PTA members and teachers all designed to honour and appreciate the students who make our school a lively and joyful place. A special puppet show was performed by Kamakshi Kulkarni teacher. The day highlighted the spirit of togetherness and learning.Teachers also took the opportunity to reflect on the role they play in shaping young minds, ensuring that every child has the tools they need to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. Students left the school with lovely return gifts and sweets and loads of cherishable memories of the day .
