Republic Day: Proud to be an Indian, grateful to be free

Together we rise, together we shine – Happy Republic Day !”*

PTVEMS Primary Section like every year celebrated the 76th Republic Day on 26th January 2025 . The celebration was proudly held on our school playground.

The celebration began with the unfurling of our National Flag followed by salutation and singing of our National Anthem. The oath was taken by our Headmistress Mrs . Kalpana Kalekar Madam and all present repeated after her. A patriotic song expresses love and pride for the nation and can inspire unity and commitment among citizens. One such inspiring patriotic song ‘Arun Gagan’ was sung by our students under the guidance of our music teacher Mrs.Monali Ambekar. Our Headmistress also delivered an inspirational speech apt for the occasion. Release of our school magazine REFLECTIONS for the academic year 2024-25 added a feather to the occasion. Students were felicitated for various competitions like Elocution, Chinmaya Mission’s Geeta Chanting, Doodle and Ganpati Bappa  Drawing competition by DARPAN .Teachers who had won the prizes for Kathrup Ramayan were also felicitated. Students and teachers left home with fond memories, sweets and a copy of our monthly newsletter.
