PTV English Medium Primary Section celebrated Grandparents Day

Shivering hands,

Yet the grip so tight.

Over pouring love,

With smiles so bright.

Guiding us through out,

With all their might.

Their hugs so warm,

That calm and soothe us at night.

For us they’re our *GRANDPARENTS,*

For them we’re their *world*.

To show them how thankful our kids are for all that they do ,PTVEMS Primary Section decided to celebrate *Grandparents’ Day* on 10th February ’23 .The trail of events began with our HM Mrs.Kalpana Kalekar addressing the grandparents followed by a *Welcome Song* sung by our Music teacher Mrs.

Monali Ambekar accompanied on tabla by Miss Devangi Wadke. The programme *Bachpan se Pachpan* and quiz based on old classic songs was another fun filled item performed by Mrs. Kamakshi Kulkarni teacher. Now it was time to revive the spirit of excitement amongst our grandparents and so Brain Gym excercises and quiz based on Mahabharata and Ramayana was conducted by one of our enthusiastic PTA member Mrs. Amruta Lovekar. A short film *What is that?* depicting the relationship between a father and son was shown to both our students and their grandparents. The programme concluded with thedistribution of gifts to the winners of the quiz. Snacks along with tea was served to all .

After the programme the Grandparents enjoyed taking selfies at the selfie point.

They went home feeling very happy.
